Recessed Mechanical Chase

That’s right, always make sure your DUCTWORK has a home. Also make sure it is not just any place, but a home within the conditioned space. In this video I walk thru a current project and talk about our second floor mechanicals, and the home I designed for them and their associated ductwork. It baffles me we still put ductwork in unconditioned spaces. I will walk thru the $$ about these decisions and you will end up thinking….”yeah, why would we ever put the ductwork in the attic”………Enjoy
