Home Tim Hill

Tim Hill

Tim Hill has spent more than 45 years in Central Texas custom homebuilding and currently serves as Managing Partner of Risinger Build, LP. He has held leadership roles with the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, the Texas Association of Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders, and is a founding member of Custom Builder USA–Austin. Tim is a NAHB Certified Graduate Master Builder and a PHIUS Certified Passive House Builder, and has also served as a guest lecturer at the University of Texas School of Architecture. Beyond the building industry, Tim has been deeply involved in Scouting, the Austin Building and Standards Commission, the Salvation Army, and his local church, reflecting a longstanding commitment to serving his community.
