Code is the very minimum we are allowed to construct a residence to. It provides the minimum safety standards as well as performance standards. What if we wanted to build above code? In this Video I team up with Matt Brading out at our Passive House construction project and discuss just that. We talk about how that elevated standard is really not as far as most people seem to think it is. That’s why with a few relatively simple changes, we are at 150% of the Passive House Standard!
