We’re kicking off a unique rebuild project in Boulder, Colorado — one of the homes lost in the Marshall Fire. Instead of traditional framing, this custom home is being built with SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels).

In this episode, we:

• Set double LVLs in concrete beam pockets
• Frame the basement floor and stairwell
• Install ledgers, joists, and Titan bolts
• Snap lines and square walls with the 3-4-5 method
• Begin installing SIPs wall and roof panels

This is the first residential home of its kind built with this system — combining insulation, structure, and exterior finish into one panel. The result? Massive time savings, reduced costs, and incredible energy efficiency.
