WALKING THE FRAME – 1st Floor Rough…Roof is on and Windows are in, let’s take a walk around the 1st floor plan and take a look at progress. It is always an exciting time to when I get to do a frame walk, especially when I get to share it with you. This is an interesting floor plan with three distinct zones. As we walk thru the rough framed house I share the thoughts of what I was thinking developing the design. In addition you will get my thoughts on what I am seeing during the walk.
