UnBuild It | Episode 147: Dehumidification in Dry Climates and Vented Crawlspaces? Seriously?

One question came in dealing with the ability of an ERV to dehumidify and another if it would make sense to use a dehumidifier to manage moisture in a vented crawlspace? This resulted in the gem from Steve Baczek: "Suck it up, buttercup!" We were pretty rough on these two UBIP questioners but lots of useful info regardless. Especially a great discussion (and resource below) on FEMA Breakaway walls in flood zones.
