Bryan Uhler walks through the planning and installation details behind floor-mounted tub filler valves, explaining why careful coordination during framing and plumbing rough-in helps prevent costly rework later. Filmed at Gerber's North American headquarters, Bryan breaks down valve placement, structural support, finished floor height, leveling, pressure testing, and hot and cold water connections. He emphasizes that today's homes require builders, plumbers, and other trades to better understand each other's work to deliver clean, trouble-free installations. The discussion highlights practical construction planning, plumbing best practices, and the value of manufacturer installation resources when working with specialty plumbing fixtures.
