WILL IT TEAR AWAY – if NEEDED ?……When you live in a Tornado area you tend to think about ways to design the home with respect to the effects of a Tornado. In a current project insuch an area, I look at a detail I developed with the homeowner to provide a “Tear Away” roof system. Sacrificing a small part of the home may just save the rest of the home. In this video I walk through the details of the Tear Away roof in the hope the detail NEVER gets tested. BIG RED joins in and offers further discussion, a day that never comes………Enjoy.
