Travis Brungardt walks through two bathrooms to show what separates a well-planned layout from a wasted one. In a secondary bath, he points out unused floor space and a toilet that belongs in the dormer, which could also open the way to a Jack and Jill setup with the adjacent office. In his own primary bath, he turns a hallway into a vanity service area and keeps the toilet tucked away from the door for privacy and sound. He also favors a doorless shower with the valve on the dry side and a recessed shelf placed out of sight, and he talks through how that choice affects cleaning and cost.
