There are a number of ways to heat a home, but only one has direct contact with our bodies – Radaint Heat. It gets direct transfer to our feet, usually one of the coldest parts of our bodies. Not only is it direct, it is silent, no noise at all. In this project we have two systems, a “Warmboard” system on the framed first floor, and a radiant tube array in the basement slab. While they supply the same result, their systems are a little different.
