What do you get when you smelt Slag and Basalt using Coke as the medium, and then spin it like cotton candy? Well, if you are American Rockwool, you get stonewool insulation. I had the recent privilege of touring their factory, which means you get an insiders look of the operation. This is the insulation we are using on our Field Of Dreams Project. I was very pleasantly surprised how simple an operation this was, and how relatively close the resources are. Great product – give it a look………..ENJOY!!!!
