LET’s DO a RED LINE TEST……Have you ever done a red line test? Let’s do one together. A continuous RED LINE that closes on itself through any section of the building. Continuity is key here. The RED LINE establishes the difference between the “INSIDE” and the “OUTSIDE”. When done right, airtightness should prove to be a well secured parameter of your build. On this project we were well below .1 ACH50 Pa. That is simply a great job by our builder.
