There are many ways to frame a floor. Different joist systems solve for a number of variables. In one of our current projects I look at the choices we made for our floor framing solutions. Not only does the joist framing decision solve for site modification, it offers a very high level of flexibility to the utilizes and services that follow while offering a very high level of strength.
