In this video, Matt is at another pre-drywall inspection. The cardboard type sheathing that this builder has chosen to use is a substandard product that we probably shouldn’t be using anyway. But, it’s an industry standard these days for the most part. However, in order for it to do what it is designed to do, it needs to be installed properly. Unfortunately, this is the shape we find it in most of the time
