Contractor Evolution | He Worked 90 Hours In A Week. Here’s What Happened.

Have you ever pulled a 60-hour work week and felt like you didn’t really get anything done?

Today’s guest, Chris Bailey, productivity researcher and author of the book Intentional, took it a little further.

He ran an experiment where he worked 90 hours in a week, then 20, then 90, then 20 to see what kind of impact it had on his productivity. The results actually surprised me more than I expected them to.

In today’s episode, Chris is taking us through that experiment and a few other wild ways he has used his brain as a guinea pig. More importantly, he’s teaching us simple methods for getting more done in less time, because you might be technically able to work 90 hours in a week, but that doesn’t mean you should.
