The last of the four videos takes us to the basement of our spec build. While the slab hasn’t been cast yet, there is plenty to talk about. As I walk I discuss framing, stepped foundation, dirty vs. clean basements and more. Progress is moving along nicely, Brussard Builders is doing a great job bringing this project together.
