Let’s continue the conversation on “Dirty Basements”. The concept may never really change but the options to execute the concept may. In this second video on Dirty Basements, I discuss an alternative approach to Dirty Basement Design-1. Because of the orientation of the floor framing, we had to develop a soffit to solve for the “stuff”.
