Home Tim Hill

Tim Hill

Tim Hill brings 45 years of experience in custom homebuilding throughout Central Texas and currently serves as Managing Partner at Risinger Build, LP. Throughout his career, Tim has held leadership roles across the building industry, including Past President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin, former Board Member of the Texas Association of Builders and National Association of Home Builders, and Past Chairman of both the Texas Association of Builders Contracts Committee and the Custom Builders Council of the HBA. He is a founding member of Custom Builder USA–Austin and holds the NAHB Certified Graduate Master Builder designation from the National Homebuilder Institute, as well as certification as a Passive House Builder through the PHIUS Institute. Tim has also served as a guest lecturer at the University of Texas School of Architecture. Beyond his professional work, Tim has been deeply involved in his community. He has served on the Executive Board and committees of the Capitol Area Council of Scouting USA and is a Life Member of the National Eagle Scout Association. He served 15 years as a Commissioner on the City of Austin Building and Standards Commission and previously served as Chairman of the Salvation Army Advisory Board from 2011–2013. Tim is also a member of Saint John’s United Methodist Church.
