Monitor Style Barndominium Home Tour

Step inside this 1500 sqft Monitor Style Barndominium Home Tour in Aubrey, Texas, where we showcase how to maximize every square inch of a Barndominium for multi-generational living.

This custom HomeTour features our popular Rosewood floor plan, inspired by the fan-favorite Saddler build, but with a unique monitor-style twist. This specific CustomHome construction highlights a 1500 square foot living area with a 575 square foot garage that was expertly converted from a carport area during the build process.

The exterior presentation uses a striking black roof and black trim paired with light stone wall panels and symmetrical awnings over the windows to boost curb appeal.

As we move into the living space, you will see the vaulted ceilings that run front to back, creating an open atmosphere that belies the efficient footprint. We anchored the room with a conventional fireplace using Austin stone in creams and golden colors to coordinate with the Malibu French Oak LVP flooring found throughout the entire FloorPlan.

The KitchenDesign is a focal point of this SmallHome, featuring full custom cabinets in a special walnut stain with black hardware. We utilized a lunar arabesque backsplash with contrasting grout to add dimension, while the vent hood serves as a beautiful accent piece.

Our primary suite is designed for ultimate flow and function. It transitions from the master bedroom into a primary bathroom with a floating tub and a glass shower that displays beautiful tile work. The custom closet includes a large island with built-in drawers to save space in the bedroom area while conjoining directly with the laundry room and mudroom drop zone.

If you are researching TexasConstruction or looking for the best MetalBuilding layouts, this tour provides the semantic context needed to understand modern barndo living.
