The Risinger Build: Episode 5 Part 2 - Framing with READY-FRAME®
Welcome back to another episode of The Risinger Build! We’re excited to have you with us as we continue constructing this home from the ground up. This episode is brought to you in partnership with our friends at Builders FirstSource, whose support has been invaluable throughout this project.
In this second part of our framing series, we pick up right where we left off—just after setting the floor trusses. Today, we’re decking and framing, with the goal of completing the second-floor walls by the end of the day. Thanks to the READY-FRAME® system, that ambitious goal becomes a reality.
Along the way, we hear from Bill Madera of Madera Framing, Tim Uhler, and Steve Baczek as they share their insights on the READY-FRAME® system. We also dive into key framing details, including structural supports, prep for sheathing and insulation, and the delivery of Atlas Polyiso insulation and ZIP System R-Sheathing.
