The first step in any remodel is determining what stays and what gets ripped out. In this first episode of Colorado Rehab, Jarod Coffman catches us up to speed on his first few action-items in the remodel process. While much of the framing, plumbing, and electrical are salvageable, the dumpster is quickly filled with old siding, broken windows, and dilapidated decking. With a clean slate, this worn-out house is ready to start a new life and serve as the perfect home for Jarod's family.
